Residents
Add residents, manage their profiles, view activity timelines, and store contacts.
Adding a new resident
From the Residents section, click "Add Resident". Complete the core profile: full name, date of birth, admission date, room number, and care category. You can add more detail — including medical history, allergies, and GP details — straight away or return to it later.
Resident profiles
Each resident has a full profile page containing: personal details, emergency contacts and next-of-kin, medical history and current medications, care plan status and review dates, risk assessment status, body maps, and a complete activity timeline showing every form submission, note, and care event.
The activity timeline
The timeline shows a chronological feed of everything recorded for the resident: daily notes, care plan updates, risk assessment completions, form submissions, and incident reports. Filter by type or date range to find specific events quickly.
Emergency contacts
Add as many contacts as needed for each resident. Each contact has a name, relationship, phone numbers, and a note field. Mark one contact as the primary next-of-kin — they will appear prominently in the resident profile and on exported documents.
Archiving a resident
When a resident leaves, go to their profile and select "Archive Resident". Archived residents are removed from active views but their full record is preserved for the required retention period. You can search archived residents from the Residents page.
