Built-in reports
BoolCare includes a library of pre-built reports accessible from the Reports section. Available reports include: MUST nutritional assessment trends, body map history by resident, daily notes summaries, incident reports, care plan review status, and risk assessment overview.
Filtering reports
All built-in reports can be filtered by resident, date range, care category, and care home. Filtered reports update in real time. Use the "Export PDF" button to download a formatted report for printing or sharing.
MUST trends
The MUST trend report tracks nutritional risk scores over time for each resident. This is particularly useful for demonstrating proactive nutritional management during CQC inspections. Scores are plotted on a chart and individual assessments are listed below.

Custom reports via AI
For reports not covered by the built-in library, use the AI Assistant. Describe the report you need in plain English and the AI will generate it. Custom reports can be downloaded as PDFs or emailed directly from the AI Assistant interface.
Scheduled reports
Frequently needed reports can be scheduled to run automatically and arrive by email. Examples include a weekly care plan review summary sent to the manager every Monday, or a monthly body map report sent to the clinical lead. Configure scheduled reports in AI Assistant > Scheduled Reports.
