Starting a conversation
The AI Assistant is accessible from the main navigation. Type any question about your residents or your care home in natural language. The AI has access to all resident records, form submissions, care plans, risk assessments, and notes within your organisation.
Example queries
You can ask questions like: "Which residents haven't had a falls risk assessment in the last 3 months?", "Show me a summary of room 12's daily notes from this week", "Generate a report of all residents with a high nutritional risk", or "What were the main themes in this morning's handover?". The AI will answer directly or generate the relevant data view.
Generating reports
Ask the AI to create a report and it will generate a formatted document you can review on screen, download as a PDF, or send directly by email. Specify the scope: a single resident, a care home, a date range, or a specific form type. Reports are generated in seconds.

Automated report emails
You can ask the AI to schedule recurring reports: "Email me a summary of all outstanding care plan reviews every Monday morning". Scheduled reports are managed under AI Assistant > Scheduled Reports and can be paused or deleted at any time.
AI query limits
Each plan includes a monthly AI query allowance. A single question or report generation typically uses one query. If you reach your limit, queries are paused until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade your plan. Your current usage is visible in Settings > Usage.
